After receiving your documents, they will be carefully reviewed. If your profile matches one of the open positions, you will receive an invitation to the first interview. This initial meeting, either on site or via MS Teams, will provide an opportunity for both sides to get to know each other. There will also be enough time to ask questions. After a successful first meeting, a decision will be made regarding participation in a second round of interviews on site in Pfalzgrafenweiler. In this round, it is especially important for us to get to know you even better and to learn about your expectations of us as an employer.
