Training is extremely important at KOCH. This is made clear by the above average trainee rate of 12 % (12 out of 100 employees are trainees) and, above all, by the great commitment with which we support the next generation. During their dual training they are part of the team from the beginning and can benefit from the knowledge and experience of their colleagues. In parallel with practical experience in the company, the vocational schools in Freudenstadt and Horb give them a solid theoretical foundation for their careers. Their technical or commercial training lasts 3 or 3.5 years depending on job description (reduction of the training period as possible). Since KOCH prefers to fill as many positions as possible with young people from its own staff, they have an excellent chance of being offered employment after their training.
